Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Senbridge is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, assistive technology, or browsing environment. We believe that accessible design is good design, and we build and maintain this site with that principle in mind.

This site is covered by the Equality Act 2010. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard. This statement reflects a self-assessment conducted in June 2026.

Compliance status

This site has not undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit. Our compliance status represents an internal self-assessment against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria. We aim to meet this standard and address any identified gaps as they are discovered.

Technical implementation

This site is built with accessibility as a design constraint, not an afterthought. The following measures are in place:

• Semantic HTML5 elements throughout, with a correct and sequential heading hierarchy
• All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard alone
• Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
• ARIA labels on navigation landmarks, icon buttons, and form controls
• Colour contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA requirements for body text and interactive components
• Responsive layout supporting viewport widths from 320px upward
• Page animations respond to the operating system reduced-motion preference
• A skip-to-content link is available via keyboard, enabling direct navigation to page content
• Form validation errors are programmatically associated with their fields and surfaced to assistive technology

Known limitations

We are not aware of specific WCAG 2.2 AA failures at the time of this review. However, the following areas carry inherent risk and have not been independently verified:

• Page transition animations have not been tested across all screen reader and browser combinations; the reduced-motion implementation has not been independently audited
• This site has not been tested with all available assistive technologies; compatibility with less common combinations cannot be guaranteed
• Client-side dynamic content has not been subject to a formal focus management audit

Assistive technology support

This site has been reviewed against the following combinations during development:

• Chrome (latest) with keyboard-only navigation
• Safari (latest) with VoiceOver on macOS
• Firefox (latest) with keyboard-only navigation
• Chrome (latest) with NVDA on Windows (limited review)

For the best experience, we recommend using a modern, up-to-date browser with your preferred assistive technology. Older browser and screen reader combinations may have reduced compatibility with some interactive features.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, we want to know. Please contact us at privacy@senbridge.co.uk with the following information:

• The web address (URL) of the page where you encountered the issue
• A description of the problem
• The assistive technology and browser you were using, if applicable

We will acknowledge your report within five business days and aim to resolve confirmed issues as promptly as practicable. Where immediate resolution is not possible, we will advise you of the expected timeframe and, where available, offer an accessible alternative.
